Originally from Alberta, my husband and I have traveled to and lived in several countries over the years, all very nice, all with their own particular charms. But we had never traveled the breadth of our own country, and came to Nova Scotia because we’d never been to the East Coast of Canada.
We stayed because we had not lived in a place so friendly, or so welcoming; where neighbours wrap around you, laugh with you and include you. Where peaches and cherries can grow in your own backyard, and the air is sea-wind fresh. The music here gets your toes tapping, inviting you to dance. The land is rich and lush and provides an incredible array of fresh, local fruits, meats, vegetables—all at your nearby neighbourhood farmers market. And every weekend there is something fun, entertaining, amusing or cultural to participate in.
It is a land of bounty, history and a comfortable pace that you can easily fit yourself into. When you are ready to come and see all Nova Scotia has to offer, I’m eager to show you the many and varied reasons to call this place home.
With 12 years combined experience selling real estate here and in Alberta, and with an understanding of what transitions involve, I am happy to help smooth the path for yours. Whether you are coming from another province, another country or just from a community down the road, I’ll be happy to help you make your home in The Valley.
