Hello! My name is Samantha Langley, I have made my home in the beautiful Annapolis Valley for twelve years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I love all that the Valley has to offer, from the people, the natural beauty, and of course the ever-popular high tides.
I currently reside in Bridgetown with my husband Shane and our dogs Spartan and Bear. When I’m not selling houses, you can find me raising chickens, turkeys and gardening. I also enjoy baking and knitting. More recently I have taken up running and have begun running competitively although I am still a beginner I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and visiting interesting places when I got to competitions. My husband and I spend a lot of weekends on his side by side and completing DIY projects together.
I am very passionate about my career in Real Estate and the diverse experiences, properties and people that this industry involves. I have experience with sellers who are downsizing and getting ready for the next phase in life, growing families, first time home buyers, military moves, commercial properties, and vacant land.
