Haling from Newfoundland I arrived in Greenwood as a military spouse almost 25 yrs ago, thought real estate might be a good idea and went to work. Thanks in no small part to many members of DND and the local community, sales flourished, laying the groundwork for a new venture and In 2006 alongside my husband Kim we purchased an Exit Realty franchise. Its 1st location opened in a modest 400 sq ft space in the Canex Mall at 14 Wing Greenwood. The whole sales team consisted of myself and my assistant. Lots of work, Personal Growth, coaching, more work, more growth. A some times bumpy ride the brokerage continued to thrive and has grown to 55 Realtors in 5 Valley locations today.

Having sold residential Real Estate in the Valley since 2000 my days have evolved into management, training, New Construction and Multi-Unit sales. Our 50 + licensed Realtors cover
