Haling from Newfoundland I arrived in Greenwood as a military spouse almost 25 yrs ago, thought real estate might be a good idea and went to work. Thanks in no small part to many members of DND and the local community, sales flourished, laying the groundwork for a new venture and In 2006 alongside my husband Kim we purchased an Exit Realty franchise. Its 1st location opened in a modest 400 sq ft space in the Canex Mall at 14 Wing Greenwood. The whole sales team consisted of myself and my assistant.
